By supplying the products to us, the supplier represents and warrants that:
- (a) the products, their manufacture and the materials incorporated into the products comply with all applicable labour standards and laws and in particular, in regards to modern slavery and human trafficking;
- (b) it has read, understood and agrees to comply with the principles set out in our Code of Ethics in doing business with us.
We may terminate our relationship with the supplier immediately on notice if the supplier is in breach any of the above representations and warranties.
